Information processed
The beta processes authenticated user identity and email, workspace name, investment criteria, manually entered property details and comps, saved calculations, usage counters, job status, audit events, and feedback.
Purpose
Information supports authenticated access, saved workspaces, analysis, usage enforcement, debugging, and product feedback. User work is scoped server-side to its workspace.
Service providers
Dirt Empire AI sign-in provides authentication. Hosting uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. n8n and Stripe integrations are prepared but require activation and verified configuration. The final policy must name all actual processors and transfer arrangements.
Deletion and retention
Owners can request workspace deletion in Settings. Deletion removes active workspace records and history. Backup retention, billing records, and any legally required retention require finalized policy. Account deletion is managed separately by that provider.
Open decisions
Analytics consent, cookies, international transfers, privacy requests, minors, retention schedules, and a business privacy contact must be reviewed and completed before commercial launch.
